We are excited to announce that St. Ignatius of Loyola will be transitioning to Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP)to help ministries schedule volunteers.
MSP will allow us to collect availability from volunteers, create a schedule, easily share the schedule, and send email reminders that will allow the volunteer to request a substitute.
If you currently volunteer as a Eucharistic Minister, Lector, or Usher please click on the MSP icon on this page to access the enrollment form.
Ministers who have an existing account:
Ministry participants will receive an email this week (Week of March 27) with further instructions. If you do not receive an email, please contact Anna.
Ministers who do not have an account:
1. Follow the link to the web terminal https://bit.ly/MSPLoginSignUp2022
2. Click “Sign up now” 3. Complete the form 4. Click “submit” at the bottom of the page 5. Your enrollment will be processed Once you are signed up you will receive your login information.

Step 1: Open the app store/play store
Step 2: Search for “Ministry Scheduler Pro”
Step 3: Click “Get” or “download”
Step 4: Search for the location of our Church: Church City and Church State
Click “Continue”
Step 5: Scroll till you find St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish
Click “St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish”
Step 6: Type in log-in information.
(If you do not have your login information, contact the parish office)
After you are logged in you will be able to view the schedule, request subs, view open positions, change mass preference times, etc.
