The North Fairmount Community Center is asking for donations of any size, any condition, boy or girl bikes. Recognition of the donation for IRS purposes will be available upon request. In the Villages of Roll Hill there are over 700 children between the ages of 6 – 12. Very few of those children have a bike. If you would happen to have a bike around the house no longer in use, even if it needs some work, consider donating it to the Villages of Roll Hill Community Center. They will pick up and repair bikes as needed. For more information please call: Lisa Hyle-Miller 542-8333 Ext. 4 or Karen Russo (662-8519).

During Holy Week, St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish will once again collect personal care items, food and cleaning supplies for non-profit agencies in the St. Anthony Center located in Over-the-Rhine. The St. Anthony Center is a unique partnership of 7 non-profit organizations who serve the poor and the vulnerable in our community.
These organizations include:
St. Francis Seraph Ministries
Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank
Center for Respite Care
Mary Magdalen House
Haircuts from the Heart
Foot Care for the Souls
Welcome Home Collaborative
Collectively, these agencies served over 100,000 clients in 2018 and each depends heavily on volunteers and community support. Shopping bags with a list of needs will be provided to parishioners on Palm Sunday 4/13 & 4/14 and filled bags would be returned to the donation truck in the church parking lot not later than Holy Thursday 4/18.

The Stephen Ministry offers one-to-one Christian Care to individuals facing life challenges or difficulties. We have 15 ministers at St. I’s, two of which are leaders for the past 6 years, Mickey Merritt and Barb Evans. They would like to pass on the leadership roles during the coming year.
A Stephen Ministry Leader oversees and directs the ministry. They recruit, select, train, organize, and supervise the Stephen Ministers. They identify people who need help, and match them with a Stephen Minister. If you feel that you have an interest and the qualities for this leadership position, (many times there is a returning thought to the idea, may be The Holy Spirit!) please talk to Mickey or Barb, or call 212- 8286. We would be happy to talk to you.
Saint Ignatius FATHERS Group invite you to join them in the recital of The Stations of the Cross also known as The Way of the Cross, in the church, on Good Friday, April 19th at 6:30am.
