The Women’s Cancer Networking Group (started by St. Jude Church parishioners) is for women (and their female friends/ caregivers) who are newly diagnosed, currently undergoing treatments, or are survivors. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Aroma’s on Bridgetown Road. This group is a mixture of spirituality, information, support, and social to help anyone currently going through cancer or for survivors who want to be revitalized and/or help and support newly-diagnosed women. Next week, our parish will take up The Catholic Relief Services Collection. Funds from this collection provide food to the hungry, support displaced refugees, and bring Christ’s love and mercy to all people here and abroad. Experience with Team 42 what hundreds of other men have over the past 20 years plus have experienced. It is free and is a great way to meet other men in the parish.
