Event Updates for the Outdoor Mass & Movie 

New Seating & Parking Guidelines

We are unable to park on the fields/track area. Please plan to park in a parking spot in the lot and walk down to the field.  Bring lawn chairs, blankets, etc. Social-distanced spaces will be pre-marked for easy visibility. 

The itinerary remains the same with Mass beginning at 7 pm, followed by activities. 

Remember to bring your coolers and snacks!

Day Events

7 AM
Mass followed by confessions

8 AM – 5 PM
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the church

Evening Events

7 PM
Outdoor Mass on the Field. Bring chairs and blankets and plan to walk down to the field. Mass will conclude with a Eucharistic procession, followed by Benediction.

8:20 PM
Welcome & Entertainment
Fabulous Funnel Cakes & More as well as Kona ICE food trucks
Praise & Worship music and more.

9 PM
VBS Sing-A-Long

9:15 PM
Children’s Show Lukas Story Teller: St. Luke, 12- Minute Show about Patron Saints (ages 9 and under)

9:30 PM
Feature Presentation Ignatius of Loyola
2 hour and 6 minute movie about the life of our Patron Saint. Movie is not rated, parents are encouraged to preview on formed.org.

“Good to Know” Details

– Members of the Father’s  Please plan to park up in the parking lot behind the school and Loyola Hall. 

– Don’t forget your blankets, pillows and lawn chairs to get comfy for the movies. 

– Bring your favorite family drinks and snacks and/or plan to visit the Food trucks.
    Note:  Food trucks will close at 10 pm and are cash only.

– Restrooms will be available at the Wildcat Shelter and Loyola Hall

– Consider bringing a flashlight or using your phone light to move around after dark.

– Main award tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

– Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

– Social distancing guidelines, following the directives of both the Archdiocese and the governor regarding public safety, including masks in common areas, waiting in line for food trucks & restrooms at socially distanced designated spots, etc., will be expected.
