Eucharistic Amazement: St. John Paul II on Receiving and Responding to Jesus

December 14 – Eucharistic Amazement: St. John Paul II on Receiving and Responding to Jesus by Brad Macke, MTS

Brad Macke has been married to his wife Emily for 11 years and they have four daughters, ages 9 down to 18 months. Brad was blessed to study at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family in Washington, DC, which his wife also shares as an alma mater. He has taught high school mathematics, taught high school theology, and served as a high school campus minister, in addition to his prior work in landscaping and construction. Brad now serves as the Director of Adult Faith Formation and Outreach here at St. Ignatius, where he is blessed to work with wonderful staff and parishioners. He is excited to speak about St. John Paul II who played a role in his own reversion to the Church and was part of Brad discovering the reality and wonder of Jesus’ Real Presence in the Eucharist.
