Announcement Regarding the Distribution of Communion

Due to the Governor’s Executive Order, and In order to attempt to protect the members of our Parish during concerns of the spread of the Coronavirus, until further notice we will only be distributing Communion at the Masses at St. Ignatius under the form of the hosts. Further, we are asking all Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist to refrain from distributing the Eucharist if they feel ill – even with cold symptoms. We have located hand sanitizer on the credence table behind the Celebrants’ chairs. We ask that all distributors of Communion please proceed to the credence table after the “Lamb of God” and sanitize their hands. The distributors can then line up as usual. Please however, refrain from touching anything, especially your face or others, except the plate of hosts, until after you have finished distributing,
