Saint Peter Upendo
St. Peter Upendo Mission Trip • August 2024
In August of 2024, six St. Ignatius Parishioners visited our mission parish, St. Peter Upendo, in Molo, Kenya. The trip was eye-opening for all of us. We each gave our testimonials 2 weeks ago in church. While we’ve already done much there is still much more to be done. Look for notices about a St. Peter Upendo open house (likely the weekend of Sunday November 10th) where you can learn more about our work. Many hands make light work so we can always use more people on our team. We meet the 3rd Monday of each month. For more information or to join our team please contact Daniel Odipo (danielodipo@aol.com). While you can always donate to the St. Peter Upendo fund by using the envelopes at each church entrance (or your own envelope with St. Peter Upendo written on the front) we will have the annual 2nd collection for them the weekend of Sunday January 26th, 2025.
