Young Christian Hearts

Young Christian Hearts is an outreach spiritual program to prepare special needs adults for the Sunday liturgy. In addition, the group offers service opportunities to the participants. New members are needed to join Young Christian Hearts. Special needs adults, ages 18 and over, are encouraged to join the group. As an outreach program to other parishes, participants do not have to be members of St. Ignatius. Parish members assist the facilitator, Geri Tengler.

Usually the group meets on the first Friday of the month between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Ignatius Center, but in October the group is meeting on Friday, October 10. During Advent, the group is planning a service opportunity called Lessons and Carols at a local retirement center.
