What is That Man Is You (TMIY)?
TMIY is an interactive men’s program focused on the development of male leadership in the modern world. It combines the best research from science with the teachings of the Catholic faith and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of authentic men capable of transforming themselves, their families, and greater society.
How does it work?
Each year is divided into two, 13-week semesters, which meet in the fall and spring.
Who: Any man who is interested
What: Weekly formation meetings
When: Saturday mornings, 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. Starts September 12, 2026.

Fall 2026 Program Content: The Revelation of the Father
Combining the latest science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints, Becoming a Man After God’s Own Heart develops the vision of man. It makes an honest assessment of the challenges men face and provides a practical path to transformation by focusing on their relationship with God and introducing the 7 Steps to Superabundance. Weekly topics include:
- Week 1: The Battle Over the Bride
- Week 2: Marriage Feast of the Lamb
- Week 3: To Till and to Keep
- Week 4: Fully Given: A Sacrifical State
- Week 5: Man in Communion
- Week 6: Woman in Communion
- Week 7: The Two Become One
- Week 8: A Foretaste of Paradise
- Week 9: Remember Your First Love
- Week 10: Praying with Your Spouse
- Week 11: The Road to Emmaus
- Week 12: The Holy Sacrifice of the Eucharist
- Week 13: The Lamb’s Supper
