Students who participate in the Jon Peterson Scholarship must reapply for the scholarship every year. The scholarship window opens February 1.

Parents should watch for an envelope to arrive from ODE with a blank 2020 scholarship application. The scholarship form must be completed (both sides) and returned to the school office along with proof of residence. The proof of residence is a current piece of business mail that has the name of the parent and the home address. This can be a utility bill, or cell phone bill but must be dated within 30 days of the submission date.

Parents of students in grade 8 should return the application form and proof of residence to their high school service provider.
