The scholarship window opens February 1. Parents should watch for an envelope to arrive from ODE with a blank 2020 scholarship application. The scholarship form must be completed (both sides) and returned to the school office along with proof of residence. The proof of residence is a current piece of business mail that has the name of the parent and the home address. This can be a utility bill, or cell phone bill but must be dated within 30 days of the submission date.
