Through confession, this sacrament reconciles sinners with God and the Church, restores lost grace, heals spiritual wounds, and provides the gift of absolution after mortal or venial sins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children in the second grade and older participate in a special First Reconciliation\/Confession Service.
